Martial Arts
The Martial Arts develop your child physically. Our programs increase speed, stamina, and strength in children. They also develop balance, coordination, and timing, which in turn will help in all other sports and activities. We promote non-violent resolutions to conflict. Our methods help children to explore and understand conflict through role-play and other exercises. Students will gain confidence, self-discipline, and self control as they learn how to act and react to the world around them. They will learn the value of setting goals and how to develop the perseverance and self discipline to achieve them.

While those of us who are involved at USA know that eating healthy and exercising are two important components of healthy lifestyle, many children in America do not understand the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle. In fact nearly 25 percent of children in America are overweight or obese. Furthermore, over 70 percent of the girls and 40 percent of boys don’t have enough muscle strength to do even one pull up!
USA asks you to join us in our fight against childhood obesity. The USA fitness program was especially designed to teach all kids about the importance of nutrition and to show them just how fun exercise can be. The lesson can be modified to adapt to the skill level of each individual child, rewarding each child for their efforts while guiding them on the path to healthy habits.
We want to get the kids off the couch, away from the TV, and get them in the gym! This is a fun way to exercise, 30min. of non stop aerobic fun! Fast moving activities for children that get their hart rate up and burn off some of those extra calories and that never ending energy!
