Larry LaBelle
Girl's Gymnastics Team Coach
Advice to students:
“Think Positive!"
Larry coaches our girls competitive gymnasts in levels 4-10. He has been a coach for 10 years, and with us at USA for 1 year. He loves his job because of the kids here, and likes just being in the gym. He says he coaches because "it is a fulfulling job to help kids realize their maximum potential."
Originally from Illinois, Larry moved out here a few years ago for a change of scenery and to be closer to his parents. Before coaching, he competed as a Class 1 gymnast. In free time, he likes to spend time hanging out with his friends, eating good food, playing cards, and watching every single Chicago Bears game (he has DVR just in case he is away during one). Larry also likes to read books by Tom Clancy and his favorite TV show is Heroes. His favorite quote: "It's not the hours we put in that count, it's what we put into those hours."
