Register for ClassesOur Boy's Recreational Gymnastics program, teaches boys strength and confidence while learning new skills, improving coordination and having a great time. Gymnasts are successful in many other sports because of the skills they learn from this sport. Our boys gymnastics instructors are fully trained, coach with high energy and enthusiasm and get personal joy in helping children to learn, improve, grow and of course HAVE FUN through the sport of gymnastics.  USA Youth Fitness Center and Boy's Director, Paris Bland, take great pride in having one of the largest and most successful boy's gymnastics programs in the United States.

Mini Flairs (ages 4-6)

Mini Flairs is a pre-team program designed for young gymnasts who display extraordinary talent, hard work and discipline.  These boys have an understanding of men's apparatus and basic skills and are typically on a fast track to our Level 4 competitive team.

Must have coach recommendation or evaluation to sign up for Mini Flairs.

Level 1 (ages 6+)

For your beginning gymnast. This class focuses on teaching the basic positions and skills, flexibility and strength needed to advance to Level 2.  Boys will learn skills on all of the Men's Gymnastics events including Floor, High Bar, Parallel Bars, Pommel Horse, Rings, and Vault, as well as Trampoline.

Level 2 (ages 6+)

A teacher recommendation and completion of all Level 1 skills are required for Level 2. Student continues skill development on all events in Level 2. Class time increase to 1.5 hours.

Level 3 (ages 6+)

A teacher recommendation and completion of all Level 2 skills are required for level 3. Student continues skill development on all events in Level 3.

Developmental 4 (ages 6+)

A child must be recommended for this group by a coach or through a pre-arranged evaluation. Students will begin working Level 4 skills and routines in preparation for competition Level 4. Developmental 4 is a commitment that requires 3 hours per week of training and an increase in strength work.
