  • Girl's Gymnastics

    In addition to learning flips and cartwheels, your daughter will develop physical strength and coordination as well as self-esteem and confidence to help lead to a well-balanced life.

  • Cheerleading

    Cheer is all about working as a team while learning tumbling skills, stunts, technique and increasing flexibility.  This sport motivates children to work together, form lifetime friends and above all HAVE FUN!!!

  • Preschool Gymnastics

    Give your little one a head start by increasing motor development, coordination, attention span and listening skills, along with following directions while learning basic gymnastics skills and positions.

  • Dance

    Along with learning basic dance technique, your child will increase endurance, strength and flexibility. Dance also creates the ability for self-expression and the sense of personal accomplishment.

  • Tumbling & Trampoline

    Flip, twist, and jump to a fast and fun athletic experience!  Trampolines and spring floors are used to teach safe techniques while your child achieves new skills and increases strength and flexibility.

  • Birthday Parties

    Celebrate your child’s birthday in our state-of-the-art facility.  Your personal birthday coordinator will help you create a party that will be remembered for a lifetime!

Come out and support our boys team at the USA Flairs Invitational right here at the gym!  Levels 4 and 5 will be competing on Saturday afternoon and evening and Levels 6 - 10 on Sunday morning.
