Advice to students:
“Practice makes perfect!”
Heather has been a gymnastics coach for 9 years. She currently runs our girl's gymnastics team program and coaches our Level 4 competitive gymnasts. Heather says she has worked at USA for the last 6 years because of the people and because she “just loves gymnastics”. Originally from Arizona, Heather was in gymnastics for 16 years, competing as elite level gymnast. We love having her on our staff because of her high levels of experience and energy.
Heather just graduated from Remington College with a Medical Assistance Degree. In her free time she likes to race four-wheelers and workout. She loves Rachel Ray and believes, “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.” She would like to tell her gymnasts that she likes to have fun in the gym, but that she also can be very serious. It is good to have a balance between both of these things and the girls should be aware of this.
