Diana Stier-Caster
Girl's Recreational Gymnastics Coach / Birthday Party Coordinator

Advice to Students:
"Work hard but have fun!"

Diana has been coaching gymnastics for over 20 years and has been with us here at USA for the last 5. Right now, she coaches our girls recreational levels 1-3 and is our Birthday Party Coordinator. Born in Indiana, Diana has lived here in Arizona since age 10. Starting in dance at age 7, she switched to tumbling and then gymnastics, competing through level 6. Diana began coaching while in college, and helped her level 4 girls win the State meet one year. Why did she choose USA? The kids, the staff, and the atmosphere.

Believe it or not, in addition to coaching evenings and running our birthday parties on the weekends, Diana also has a full-time job during the week, working as a Project Assistant for an architectural engineering firm in Tempe. This dedication shows her obvious love for gymnastics and working with children. In the heaps of free time she must have, she likes to spend time with her husband and daughter, read, and do crossword puzzles, sudoku, and cross stitch. Her favorite authors are John Saul and Stephen King. Also, her favorite movie of all time is The Sound of Music, and her favorite quote is the classic: "If at first you don't succeed, try, try again!"
